For someone who has been on hundreds of magazine covers and a career spanning 20 years and counting, it takes a brilliant magazine like NUYOU to reinvent Queen Of Caldecott Zoe Tay once again. Although she no longer sports this hairstyle, they managed to make the best of it before she chopped it all off! I meant David! Nuyou always have the best covers for Zoe. I remembered one year where for one month, they had Zoe on multiple covers with different looks!

I finally managed to repair the damage of my car and setting me back by $425 after discount or 2 Comme Des Garcons tops! Sigh…..I SWALLOWED the pain.

A year ago...

Barely a month after turning 8 years old, on the 8th Jan 2007, my beloved Cubby succumbed to his kidney failure and passed away this afternoon. It was one long arduous journey for the family when he was ill, even more so for Cubby. He has brought so much joy and laughter and many beautiful memories for my family. He used to be the one to wait for me downstairs till I return home. Now, he will no longer wait for me. I do hope he will wait for me somewhere else. Goodbye Cubby. We love you very much. We will miss you. You may have left us but your memories linger. Glad I managed to kiss him for one last time this morning. Rest in peace.

Cubby’s demise came shortly after Kuning, who died after being knocked down by a car on the 28th Dec 2006. I am now left with one cat, Bobo.
